The “cloud” is a group of remote servers that all operate as a single ecosystem, thanks to internet connectivity. Each server has a unique function, from storing data to running applications to delivering content (such as video streaming, web-based mail, social media—and Neos!) It operates on the same premise as an on-site server, but you can access files and data from anywhere with an internet connection.
Neos runs on Microsoft Azure’s cloud servers, which means Assembly Software data will enjoy all the top security features afforded by Microsoft.

The transition to Neos is a collaborative effort between Assembly and your firm. During each phase, you’ll be required to complete tasks that will allow us to proceed to the next phase.
It is highly recommended to have an internal champion representing your firm to support an optimal transition. This individual will be responsible for ensuring your firm completes all requirements in a timely fashion.
During the kick-off stage, our experts will assess, analyze the requirements, and establish a migration strategy
The Project Manager oversees and manages the kickoff and sets expectations for the timeline.
The Customer Success Manager supports the process and brings in valuable information about the firm.
The Project Coordinator walks the customer through the entire process, and lists the requirements and user's responsibilities during this step.
During the discovery phase, our team will do a complete analysis of your current systems to ensure compatibility with Neos.

The Systems Engineer goes through the process with the customer and gathers requirements, data, and related information about the firm. Additionally, this specialist writes the SOW and opt-in database.
Trainers discover customers' workflows and use cases.
During the conversion phase, we will start by configuring a pre-production environment (PPE) specific to your firm’s needs.
The Project Manager supports and coordinates the activities.
The Systems Engineer generates the mapping document and provisions the PPE. This specialist also enables integrations and the conversion of all your essential documents and templates. Additionally, they confirm the converted data meets customer requirements.
The Data Conversion Engineer develops the conversion routine and executes the conversion. They update the conversion based on customer feedback.
Trainers are responsible for admin and user training. They build new workflows based on the customer's requirements. Additionally, these specialists verify the completeness of SOW and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the customer.
Systems Engineers support trainers, ensure the conversion is comprehensive, and perform general troubleshooting.
In this final phase, Assembly and the customer will agree on a go-live date. Before this date, we will ensure all outstanding issues are resolved and provide any guidance needed for a successful launch.
All team members oversee this final step of the transition process. They make a "Go" or "no-Go" decision and proceed with the product deployment.
Our team performs production validation testing during this stage and proceeds with the Go-live.
